I am Bernardo Martinez  a dedicated designer self motivated and proficient in architectural  software in Creative Design.

We have built projects as Lead Architect/Project Architect in US. and South America and an Active member of 2010 USA Census these last experiences have allowed us to meet the city and community need.

 

I have extensive experience in developing floor plans and architectural drawings for high-end residential, retail, commercial , multistory projects and a Medical Center/Hospital.

I have developed empty land into successful and profitable Residential Projects, including Addition and Renovations, creating slight adjustments in Restaurants Kitchens Layouts, it allows the flow to be more proactive and productive in such a high volume and demanding space.

 

I managed projects from schematic design to construction drawings, coordinating all the Divisions: Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Landscape and Site Planning. 

My experience is very extensive in: Redesigning Kitchens and working with existing layouts.

 

For the first time home owners/buyers our goal is to have them reach their dream home. How do we do this?

We do this, by meeting their personal and professional needs, we strive to accommodate their home and office space to suit the best use without taking away the comfort of a home and the privacy of an office.
